2. Personal Data Processed

The following personal data may be processed through our website and our contact/quotation forms:

  • Identity data: first name, surname.
  • Contact data: telephone number, email address.
  • Request/transaction data: message content, service request, company name, budget range.
  • Transaction security data: IP address, browser information, cookie records.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

  • Responding to your requests, questions and applications and maintaining communication,
  • Preparing quotations and providing services,
  • Performing contractual processes and fulfilling obligations,
  • Developing the website, ensuring its security and carrying out statistical analysis,
  • Fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Under Article 5 of the KVKK, your personal data is processed on the legal grounds that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, is in its legitimate interests and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, strictly limited to the purposes above, to legally authorised public authorities, to our hosting, email and infrastructure providers, and to our business partners in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the limitation periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; once that period expires or the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request rectification if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; to request its erasure or destruction; to request restriction of processing; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
